Your opportunity to gather together some Wicked Gifts for all
occasions, or just goodies for yourself, paying them off at a much more
manageable rate each week.
As long as your selected purchases exceed NZ$50.00, you are eligible to
apply for Lay-by! Any selection of items from Thornapple Bootique can be
combined into the one Invoice. Just select Lay-By as you check out!

Lay-By/Lay Away Information:
Lay-by/Lay Away terms are available to suit your needs. The standard
terms are a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit required on initial order,
and completion within 28 Days with a min order total of NZ$50.
We invite you to
email us to discuss your order and
terms. We are more than happy to tailor the lay-by/lay away payments &
time frame to suit your requirements.
Orders that are to be sent Internationally are quoted in NZ$. Payments
should be made through PayPal, which now conveniently deals in NZ$, so
no conversions are necessary yet an %3 fee will be charged for each
payment.
Lay-by is at the sole discretion of the management of Thornapple Bootique
Ltd and is only available for purchases over $50. Lay-by purchases must
be completed within 28 days of the date the order was placed unless
prior agreement has been made.
The 25% deposit must be received by us within 7 days of placing the
order. You may, if you wish, pay more frequently. Email communication
from the purchaser must be forthcoming each time a payment is made -
using the order number given at the time of the sale - otherwise
payments may go unnoticed.
You can finish your lay-by early, if you wish, by paying the full balance
that is owing. There is no additional fee for paying early.
Summary:
1. You must be a registered member on the Thornapple Bootique web
site and place the order via the website.
2. All goods will remain the property of Thornapple Bootique Ltd
until the layby is finalised.
3. The initial payment must be no less than 25% of the total of
the layby item(s) or $20 whichever is the greater.
4. Minim order must be or exceed NZ$50 in total.
5. You have 28 Days to pay the lay-by off unless more time is
requested and then custom terms may be granted.
6. In the event the layby sale is cancelled by the customer due
to change of mind, a cancellation charge of 25% of the sale price of
item(s) cancelled or $20 whichever is the greater will be deducted from
monies refunded.
7. The customer is responsible for notifying Thornapple Bootique
Ltd of any change of address or other contact details & must keep their
account updated.
8. These terms may be amended by Thornapple Bootique Ltd at any
time. Amendments will be posted on the Thornapple Bootique web site and
be deemed as the terms and conditions applicable. Where a change is
likely to have significant impact on the customer they will be contacted
personally to discuss the change. Thornapple Bootiques Global Terms over
rule all sales.
General Comments
We are happy to provide a statement showing the balance of your
lay-by at any time. |

| Pre-Orders |
We have a number of products for pre-order this
allows us to offer you a greater selection of products without having to
store them.
In order to accept a pre-order of stock that may
not currently be available in-store, we require a 25%-100% deposit,
depending upon the item, for each item that you wish to purchase. This
deposit is allowed to form part of the deposit for a lay-by, but must be
received in full as outlined below. Please choose carefully, as deposits
are not transferable from one item to another, nor are they refundable.
Deposits must be received in full prior to the placing of your order, to
confirm your intent to purchase, or the order will not proceed.
If you cancel your order after it has been
placed, the deposit will be forfeited. Once we receive the item you have
ordered, you will be notified by email of its arrival. We will then hold
your order for 7 days. Unless arrangements to conclude the purchase (to
either Lay-By or pay for the item in full) are made within 7 days from
the date notification is sent, the order will be cancelled and all
deposits and payments will be forfeited.
The prices shown for pre-order items are a guide
only and may change at any time. If our suppliers change the price of an
item that you have ordered before we have received it, we will advise
you of the change by email. If the price increases, you will be given
the option to cancel the order and have your deposit fully refunded or
have your invoice adjusted and continue with the order. If the price
decreases, we will credit your invoice accordingly.
If our suppliers cancel or defer delivery of an
item that you have pre-ordered, you will be advised by email or
telephone. If the item is cancelled, we will automatically refund your
deposit and any other payments made towards this item in full, or give
you the option to transfer the amount to another purchase. If the item
is deferred, you can choose to either receive the refund (or apply the
payment to another item) or continue with the purchase. |
