How do I create an account?

1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site OR "Register/Login" that is also located to the top right of the screen.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "No, I want to create a new account".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

What's the "Security code" at log in?

The security code is the six random numbers shown on the page. Type them in the box above the numbers to proceed. This is to protect your details and info from would be hackers and internet nasties. If you can not read the numbers refresh your browser page for a new set.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". Enter your email address & you will be send an email to you with your password.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click "View Previous Orders". Select the order you are after and at the top you will see "View Printer Friendly Version".

How do I use a coupon or Gift Certificate?

After adding items to your cart, click the "Check Out" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the Summary page in the check out sequence you'll see a box where you may enter your code called "Discount or Gift Certificate Code".

What are Rewards points? How do I use them?

For each $10 you spend you get 1 point. You can then cash in the points to gain free shipping, cash discounts and free stuff! You will have the opportunity to cash them in as you check out.
